The blog began as a chronicle of my cooking adventures in Karlsruhe, Germany during Summer, 2009. In the summer of 2010, I was in Canada, and continued posting on the same blog. The name, 'Was Ich Gekocht Habe' is German for 'What I cooked'. Have fun!

13th July 2009 - Dinner - PaaT Vadi
What?
This is a Maharashtrian dish, slightly similar to the Rajasthani gaTTe. You first make the vadi using besan and then mix it with gravy. I made the yoghurt gravy I make for gaTTe.
Looks good. Only onion needs fine chopping.
